Monday 24th June 2019

This morning we made a late start and after stopping along the way to do a launderette and food shop we stopped for the day by the beach in the town of Carantec. Here's the beach.

We took a stroll along the shore.

The town is dominated by a fine church spire.

We walked up to a headland from where we could see another nice beach.

There  are many small boats moored offshore here.

There are a few other camper vans here.

I walked up hill into town. I saw this nicely decorated electricity sub station on the way.

Here's the church.

The church door.

Inside the church is nothing special.

They do have their silverware on display. Where's the European Cup?

Here's the town square.

Returning down the hill to our parking place I got this good view of the many islands off the coast here.

Today we travelled 27 miles (43 kilometres). We are at N48.66891 W3.91101
