Last Friday when I was cleaning the van I noticed quite a few mouse droppings on the floor. Since then I have been trapping and have so far killed 8 mice! I use chocolate spread as bait and they seem to really like it. I have absolutely no idea as to how they are getting into the van but I suppose a mouse only needs a very small hole to get through.

Also I have installed this battery powered device in the van which gives out irregular ultrasonic bleeps which apparently scare mice away. Mice can cause untold damage in vehicles, chewing through wires etc, so I really hope they can all be either killed or persuaded to move elsewhere as soon as possible.
