Our van has had a new rear skylight fitted by Chelston Motorhomes at Wellington - a hundred mile round trip from our house! After Devon Motorhomes at Kingskerswell had done 3 skylight repairs which ended up leaking rainwater we decided the long trip to Chelston was worth it. We originally bought our van from Chelston back in December 2008 and we know that their workshop does quality, if expensive, repairs.

We are planning to set off travelling tomorrow. We've cut the lawn so hopefully it will be slightly less hay meadow when we get back!

The birds will have to make do without extra food from us.

The Great Spotted Woodpeckers seem to have had a lot of chicks this year and they're on the feeders most of the time.
