Before leaving Buggerru (yes that is indeed the name of the place) we serviced the van. As we were heading off south we stopped to take this photo looking back at the town. You can just see the beach which we stopped next to overnight.

We headed towards the extreme south west of Sardinia. We saw this really scenic sea stack along the way.

After stopping to take on diesel and buy groceries at the town of Carbonia we crossed a causeway and a bridge onto the island of Sant Antoico. We sniffed around on the island for a while before we found this nice parking place by the sea at the village of Maladroscia. Here's the view from our parking place looking over towards the mainland of Sardinia.

Today we travelled 61 miles (98 kilometres). We are at N38.99696 E8.44752
