When I got up this morning there were quite a few geese feeding on the grass at the lakeside. A little later on a red squirrel ran across the grass in front of us. Later still a roe deer came to graze but ran off when he saw us sitting in our van with the door open.

We set off travelling in a generally south west direction. It is quite common to see lupins growing on the roadside around here. It reminded us of our trip to New Zealand years ago when we saw these flowers growing everywhere.

After stopping off briefly to get some Swedish currency we traveled to this nice campsite which calls itself a Farm Shop. It is also a working farm. It has showers and a washing machine included in the price of staying here. We bought some of their new potatoes and some of their strawberries. Both were delicious.

As well as space for camper vans and caravans they have huts to rent.

There is also a nice pond with ducks. The only downside is that it is right next to a busy railway line and a busy road. We very seldom stay on campsites but this one is very pleasantly okay and low key.

Today we traveled 98 miles (158 kilometres). We are at N58.40666 E15.08024
