Sunday 11th June 2017

Today we continued to travel south down the west coast of Finland. Ann saw two moose along the way and we both saw a red deer. After various unsuccessful attempts to find a nice stopping place on the coast we finally stopped for the day in this car park by the river in the centre of the city of Pori.

Here's the view out of the side door of our van.

We're quite close to the church. Ann went to have a look at it and decided that it wasn't very interesting.

We both took a walk around - we saw this unusual building.

Just over the road is the old town hall. There is a posh and highly recommended restaurant in the basement which luckily is closed on Sundays as we couldn't afford to eat there anyway!

Opposite the old town hall is this nice green open space.

Lots of boating goes on on the river.

The river has this impressive fountain.

This boat moored close to our parking place is an eatery which serves "finger food"!?

This lot turned up on the bench just next to our van. Very tight fit!

Today we traveled 127 miles (204 kilometres). We are at N61.49019 E21.79885
