We left home this morning and had an easy journey to Poole ferry terminal stopping off along the way for LPG, food and diesel. The ferry terminal is deserted and there is a cold wind blowing. The cafe is closed but the toilets and showers are open and are of a high standard for such places. We're booked on the 8.30 sailing to Cherbourg tomorrow.
