On Sunday 14th December we travelled through the Cevennes National Park - the weather wasn't too good so we missed a few good views.Eventually we crossed the Rhone but by then our campervan had started making weird clunking noises!

We stopped for the night at the village of Saint Restutit. The clunking from the front of the van seemed to have temporarily stopped.

It's a very pretty village with lots of narrow streets and old buildings.

There is an old church with with a funerary tower next to it which apparently contains the remains of Saint Restutit! We met two english women who live near by. They saw the british number plates on our van and introduced themselves.
