Before leaving Cahors on Friday 12th December Ann took this good picture looking across the River Lot from our parking place.

We went east from Cahors and tried to find a place to stop in the town of Rodez but our prospective parking place had been "developed" so we moved on to this rural lay by near Segur.

We shared the lay by with a dead wild boar which was lying by one of the rubbish bins.

There was this handy map in the lay by showing our location and the surrounding attractions.
