Wednesday 17th May 2017

The weather cleared up today. Soon after leaving our overnight parking place we stopped to look at this glacier plunging down off the Jostedalsbreen mountains.

After stopping again to take on diesel and water at the town of Skei we crossed a high plateau before descending to the Nordfyord where we got this stunning view.

Today is a public holiday in Norway - Constitution Day. We saw numerous parades with flags, brass bands etc. This one was in the town of Olden.

We passed this enormous cruise liner moored at Olden.

We stopped for the day at a rest area at Hornindal just by this old bridge with great mountain views.

We got our bikes out and had a ride around.

Today we traveled 99 miles (159 kilometres). We are at N62.01818 E6.68154
