Before leaving our parking place we picked up a sack of rubbish which we had found there when we arrived yesterday. We travelled south putting the rubbish in a bin we found along the way. We climbed up towards the Col du Portalet which marks the boundary between France and Spain.
The Col is at a height of 1794 metres above sea level. There is a sign to say you're entering France but nothing to say you're entering Spain.
You only need to go a few metres downhill and the language changes.
It's a long way down from the Col du Portalet to the plain in Spain. We parked for the day at the Aire in Sabinanigo where we had previously stayed on 25th October 2021. We can still see the high Pyrenean peaks from our parking place. Here's a link to what we posted when we were last here: 25.10.21
There was a rock concert here this evening.
Ann did some exploration on her mobility scooter.
Luckily the rock concert had finished before there was a tremendous thunder storm.
Today we travelled 52 miles (84 kilometres). We are at: N42.5055 W0.3554

Hi Judy, Yes we did and no it was crap. They did have some nice lazers though. The thunderstom which followed the concert was much better!
