On Saturday 13th June we travelled to Duns to visit the Jim Clark Museum. A brilliant collection of memorabilia from Jim's brief life.

I particularly liked this picture of Clark (number 24) dicing with Jackie Stewart during the 1965 Italian Grand Prix.

Then we moved on to Jim Clark's home village of Chirnside to visit his grave. I suppose if I ever had a boyhood hero it was him.

We found a nice parking place for the night next to a river not far from Duns. Previously we had driven to various places around the Borders looking for LPG which we eventually found on our second visit of the day to Eyemouth!

We watched the river and England playing Mexico in the Womens' World Cup. At last we got a win 2-1!
