After a late start we left Isigny Sur Mer and travelled south east to the village of Pont d'Ouilly in southern Normandy. We parked at the village Aire de Camping Cars (which charges 12 euros for 24 hours but this includes electricity and water). We walked into the village - here's the view downstream from the bridge.
This is the view upstream from the other side of the road on the bridge.
We bought some bread.
The village is twinned with Chipping Campden in The Cotswolds.
We watched some schoolchildren canoeing on the river.
Back at the Aire it was really very warm and sunny.
As dusk arrived there were some beautiful reflections in the river looking out from our parking place.
