There was some rain in the night and today dawned overcast and much cooler. We travelled north to the enormous reservoir in Rutland appropriately called Rutland Water.
We parked for the day in a small parking area close to the reservoir shore.
There was one other van here when we arrived.
The van belongs to a young couple. She is Argentinian and he is British. Here they are seen packing up their inflatable canoe which they had been trying out for the first time.
There are plenty of sheep here.
Later on two more vans turned up. It rained a little this evening.
