Friday 20th January 2017

Black Friday (Trump's Inauguration) dawned and our LPG had lasted the night and continued to last for us to heat up the van and have breakfast. We set off north towards the Spanish border and the town of Rios where our guide book indicated we could buy LPG.

We stopped off along the way for a cup of tea.

Not long after we crossed from Portugal into Spain and reached the Repsol garage at Rios where we were able to fill our LPG and diesel tanks. We then had to backtrack east for a few kilometres before heading north again.

We stopped for the day at the town of A Rua in Galicia. The aire is next to a lake. We got our bikes out only to find that one of them had a flat tyre. We pumped it up and it seemed okay so we went for a ride around.

I saw this heron.

We cycled to where a river flows into the lake.

We saw this nice sunset over the lake from where we are parked.

On a nearby hill a church is lit up this evening.

It's dark now and the lights of a village on the other side of the lake are reflected in the water.

Today we traveled 95 miles (153 kilometres). We are at N42.38883 W7.11532
