Friday 6th December 2019

This morning we moved on to the town of Kings Lynn in Norfolk. We are treated to the rare opportunity of dedicated Camper spaces in the town centre long stay car park. The only downside is that it says on the parking meter that " overnight sleeping" is forbidden! If anyone decides to hassle us during the night we are certainly not going to be sleeping!

We took a walk into Kings Lynn town centre. We saw this nice old terrace.

What about this grossly overcrowded grave yard?

Here's the remains of a church which was part of a monastery.

Ann got some directions from a passer by.

This is the old customs house.

Nelson was apparently from around here.

The River Ouse is very wide here. It was once an important port but now much to shallow for modern ships.

They've had some very serious flooding here in the recent past and expect that  there is worse to come.

Back at our parking place the trees are well lit up for Christmas?!

Today we travelled 49 miles (79 kilometres). We are at N52.75712 E0.40026
