We travelled south, down the east coast of Sweden as far as Gavle, then inland south west and finally south to Sala where we stopped for the day. We parked in a wooded clearing. Here's the view from our side door.

A caravan and a motorhome turned up and then left. There is an old silvermine nearby which is now a tourist attraction.

I made some "cottage pie" by mashing up some supermarket hamburgers which we had taken a dislike to.

I put some grated cheese on top and put it under the grill. It wasn't very nice so most of it ended up being donated to the wild creatures!

 

Not much else to say. Later on a couple more vans turned up in our parking area and stayed over.
