Today we travelled north passing this sculpture on the way out of the parking area at Hojer. We stopped off at the City of Esbjerg to buy groceries and take on water.

We  stopped for the day at a car park by the sea near Marbaek, Denmark. Here's the view from the front of our van.

We were not alone!

This area is a National Park.

Most of the vans here have German registration plates. There are a couple of Swedish and Netherlands vans as well as us. UK registered vans are as rare as hen's teeth around here!

There is a picknick area with toilets and showers next to the car park.

We went for a ride/walk. This is a really beautiful place.

Ann can easily outpace me on here mobility scooter. I have to have a rest from time to time!

There are quite a few holiday cottages scatted around in the woods here.

Ann is much more confident on her scooter these days.

A good spot for sunbathing?

This German couple had found a more exclusive spot to park their van. She had worked for a while in Melton Mowbray in the UK. She is thinking of getting a mobility scooter for her aged mother and she was very interested in Ann's little machine.

We returned to our van through the woods.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had rice with mushrooms and peppers followed by peaches and cream for our tea.

Today we travelled 66 miles (106 kilometres). We are at: N55.55489 E8.3007
